Refund Policy

CharPix sells one-time credit packs — there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged twice. This policy explains when and how we refund purchases.

The short version

• Unused pack: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partially used pack: prorated refund for the unused credits, within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days: purchases are final, except where a refund is required by law.

How proration works

Each pack has a fixed price per credit (for example, a 60-credit pack at $4.90 is about $0.082 per credit). If you request a refund after using some credits, we refund the value of the unused portion and remove those credits from your balance.

Technical failures

If a generation fails because of an error on our side or our image provider's side, the credits for that generation are not deducted (or are restored). If you believe you were charged credits for a failed generation, contact us and we will make it right — this is never limited by the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and include your PayPal order ID if you have it. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back through PayPal to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please email us first — we respond quickly and refund fairly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated, per our Terms of Service.
